As a writer, he is best known for his opera The Body Politic, which made international headlines (Boston Globe, Daily Mail, AP, etc.) when it was performed at the NC legislature in response to the “bathroom bill.” He has performed at the Hollywood Bowl, Lincoln Center, PBS (national), and LA’s Ahmanson Theatre; with Dane Cook, Rebecca Romjin, and Ke$ha, and has starred in six Off-Broadway plays and musicals, from Shakespeare to Spamilton. Watch his outstanding performance In the role of Carson Edelman, Charles is a newly appointed assistant law clerk. He’s a graduate of Tans Law School and a former classmate of Fred Kramer. Carson’s mother is a California District Attorney who happens to be the sister of Judge Joseph Kimble. After working 2-years in his mother’s administration, Carson wanted a change and found his way to his uncle Joe’s chambers. Carson is brilliant, with a comedic edge. He is a person who hates losing and will go out of his way to prove his point. Kramer and Edelman clash from the onset. Fred Kramer, the chief of staff, is unhappy when he learns that his new assistant is an old college associate. Kramer wants Carson Edelman to disappear until he knows that Carson is Judge Kimble’s nephew, and firing him is out of the question. Not happy about working with his old college buddy, Kramer tries to get Carson re-assigned.

Meet Star of the New Hit Series – Bob Lloyd

Introducing Actor Bob Lloyd, Starring as Judge H. Joseph Kimble, the Supreme Court Judge in the State City Supreme Court, the factious municipality in the new series.

The series begins with controversy in Judge Kimble’s first high-profile case in his first term as State City’s Supreme Court Judge.  Marsha Owens, Kimble’s Judicial Assistant, makes a statement over dinner that ends up on the daily newspaper cover and is now being picked up by mainstream News. Chief of Staff Fred Kramer wants answers before the morning briefing with the Judge and senior staff.

Bob Lloyd has performed professionally for over 40 years, a magical life course. Learning magic as a child, Bob began performing at birthday parties. As his skills grew, pantomime and juggling became important parts of his act.

In 1981 Bob applied and was accepted into the renowned Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Clown College. There, the traditional crafts of slap-stick clowning, stilt-walking, and acrobatics were taught. Bob was among the select few graduates invited to join the circus. His professionalism and stage presence were honed by touring the United States for the next two years with the legendary “Greatest Show on Earth.”

An avid Martial arts student with 35 years of experience, Bob is a 5th-degree Black Belt who continues to train/teach Tae Kwon do and Jujitsu in Flemington, New Jersey.

Today, all the skills acquired in a lifetime of learning focus on acting. With various commercial work and roles in films, Donna Stronger Than Pretty, Inside Game, The Week of, and The Wolves we feed. Television roles include Pandora’s Box, Primal Instinct, Dead North, Random Acts of Flyness, and Recurring in Mysteries at the Museum.

Director Sura Khan-Wraps Production on the “Film Love”

August 17, 2021, “another one in the can” say writer-director Sura Khan as he wraps production on the film “LOVE”. That starred actors Tashan Muldrow and Amber Miller Moore, Produced by David M. Quinones. Cinematography by John W. Arrington. Executive Produced by: John W. Arrington, Sura Khan with Clyde Salley, and David M. Quinones.

“This was an amazing project to work on” says, Khan. “It was a vision Arrington had for some years now”. “I was involved with the first writing of the original script then under the name Falling”.” When Arrington called me and asked me to rewrite the screenplay under the new title LOVE I was excited, ready willing, and able”.  “It was an opportunity to take it up a notch”. Arrington wanted to touch on the events of the day in the story so Khan had the chance to express different views through the characters relating to the pandemic. “I was also asked to direct the film and that was the icing on the cake for me”. “We had an amazing cast and crew on this project” says, Khan. “A very different kind of light that always seems to cover the atmosphere”.  “It was indeed magic in the making”.

The story follows the present-day life of Mason Moore a rich African American young man in his early thirties, struggling to navigate life and what he needs most which is simply real Love. Mason crosses paths with Brooklyn Jones a rising marketing executive wrapped up in her work and trying to live up to her father’s expectations of her. She falls for Mason but puts on the breaks out of fear that this relationship might end up costing her the dream job she yearned for. Although Mason is quite accustomed to having anything he wants Brooklyn is simply not for sale. She is not impressed with his wealth but more concerned with what he does with his life and money. Can Mason & Brooklyn make it through this test of time? Well, you’ll have to watch the film to find out. You won’t be disappointed. Stay Tuned!
