Drama, television production of Sura Khan’s The Chambers – In God We Trust, now streaming on Tubi Free Movies + TV, presents Kevin Richards Best as Law clerk Eddie Hayes.

Kevin Richard Best is a classically trained actor from New York who has been in several theater, film, and television productions. He has most recently worked on ‘A Good Cop,’ which is currently streaming on the NTD app, and many other shorts and independent films slated to debut later this year. Kevin is a mental health advocate, board game enthusiast, long-time Knicks fan, and proud uncle.

Kevin, In the drama role of Eddie Hayes, an African American male in his early 30s. He is a Law Clerk. He is a bright and confident young man but doesn’t trust easily. Eddie works primarily with Ryan, Miranda Koon, and Angela Baker. Eddie becomes the lead clerk on a new high-profile case Kimble presides over. The shooting of an unarmed teenager is fast becoming Eddie’s worst nightmare. The series begins with controversy in Judge Kimble’s first high-profile case in his first term as State City’s Supreme Court Judge. Marsha Owens, Kimble’s Judicial Assistant, makes a statement while on a date that ends up on the cover of the daily newspaper and is now being picked up by television news. A frantic Chief of Staff Fred Kramer wants answers before the morning staff meeting in Chambers. Kimble’s Senior Associate and political advisor Matt Canley is dealing with the heat from City Hall and advises the Judge to fire Owens at once. Media Relations Officer and Spokesperson Angela Baker is hounded by the media, who also want answers.

Actor CHARLES OSBORNE is a comedian and actor with over 500,000 followers and 12 million likes on TikTok alone. As a writer, he is best known for his opera The Body Politic, which made international headlines (Boston Globe, Daily Mail, AP, etc.) when it was performed at the NC legislature in response to the “bathroom bill.” He has performed at the Hollywood Bowl, Lincoln Center, PBS (national), and LA’s Ahmanson Theatre; with Dane Cook, Rebecca Romjin, and Ke$ha, and has starred in six Off-Broadway plays and musicals, from Shakespeare to Spamilton. Watch his outstanding performance In the role of Carson Edelman, Charles is a newly appointed assistant law clerk. He’s a graduate of Tans Law School and a former classmate of Fred Kramer. Carson’s mother is a California District Attorney who happens to be the sister of Judge Joseph Kimble. After working 2-years in his mother’s administration, Carson wanted a change and found his way to his uncle Joe’s chambers. Carson is brilliant, with a comedic edge. He is a person who hates losing and will go out of his way to prove his point. Kramer and Edelman clash from the onset. Fred Kramer, the chief of staff, is unhappy when he learns that his new assistant is an old college associate. Kramer wants Carson Edelman to disappear until he knows that Carson is Judge Kimble’s nephew, and firing him is out of the question. Not happy about working with his old college buddy, Kramer tries to get Carson re-assigned.

The television series begins with controversy in Judge Kimble’s first high-profile case in his first term as State City’s Supreme Court Judge. The new television drama written and directed by Sura Khan has won 45 awards and four nominations on the film festival circuit, including best Television pilot, original story, and Ensemble cast, among others. In addition, creator Sura Khan has garnered endorsements and support for his work as a writer, producer, and director from Hollywood notable’s such as (CBS) “The Jeffersons” stars Isabel Sanford (Wheezy) and Marla Gibbs (Florence), 2022 “Emmy Award” Winning actor Sheryl Lee Ralph (Abbott Elementary).

The Chambers – In God We Trust, is an American drama television series with a view beyond the traditional courtroom walls of the Judiciary system. The pilot starts with an exciting and fast-paced storyline as the staff tackles a breaking news story that puts Judge Kimble on the cover of the early edition of the news. Kimble’s Executive assistant Marsha makes a statement while having dinner on a date with Dan, a gentleman Marsha has seen around the court. Still, she is unaware that he is a reporter for the Daily Justice Newspaper. Marsha makes a statement that puts herself and the Judge at the center of controversy in an already challenging political environment.
